Contractors requirements and documents

With the introduction of the Victorian OH&S and Construction Regulations Tru Safety Solutions can assist you to meet the new statutory requirement for all contractors and other parties engaged as the Owner / Developer / Principal Contractor of any construction project with a gross value of greater than $250,000 as follows:-
  1. Work with you to develop a Site Specific Safety Plan (aka Health and Safety Co-ordination Plan) for the project or a template which can be adapted for each project;
  2. Safe Work Method Statement/s (previously known as Job Safety Analysis) for the high risk construction activities and/or a template which can be adapted for each project and circumstances;
  3. Site Specific Induction checklists and procedures to ensure that contractors are informed of safety requirements, procedures and site specific issues and controls.
